Quebedeaux Buick GMC - Service Center

Worst experience ever for a simple oil change! I had a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I a 1:00 appointment, and arrived 10 minutes early. I asked about my car at 1:30 and was told they were backed up but would get to it soon. At 2:30 I asked about my car again, and the service advisor asked which car was mine. I told him the white GMC sitting under the awning, in the same place I parked it 1 hour and 40 minutes earlier. That did get their attention and they worked to get it in. 45 minutes later it was done and I was offered a $12 discount. The good news is that I now know where to not go for an oil change! They were supposed to rotate the tires but I am guessing that did not get done, and all four tire needed air which they did not do either. More

Atle Fjugstad was my service advisor. He took care of everything I needed and he was respectful,curtious, kept me informed of issues. He wore a mask and that was awesome as I saw other staff did not everything I needed and he was respectful,curtious, kept me informed of issues.
