I had my used vehicle serviced on 1/8. Oil change, tire rotation and the TPMS reset. The following day, my TPMS light came back on. Spoke with Brian and he set me up with an appointment on 1/13. During the rotation and the TPMS reset. The following day, my TPMS light came back on. Spoke with Brian and he set me up with an appointment on 1/13. During the inspection, it was determined that all of my sensors were failing. Brian provided me replacement cost and explained how the tire sensors worked. I appreciated the information and was not charged for my return visit. Quebedeaux, has been my preferred dealership since 2007. I would not consider buying or having a vehicle serviced from anyone else. More
We have had our car serviced at the dealer since we bought it and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Real slow not real concerned about customers time. While I appreciate Brian trying to get the warranty to cover the issues, I was never called to be updated on the car’s progress which delayed the service. My car ended up being there for 3 days.
