Would not have my car serviced here except for the fact that i can walk to my office. 2 days to change a battery! Give me a break. They then called me at 10 minutes to 6 pm and said they needed a part. The part was a battery...............they don't have them in stock. Really More

I really can’t write too much about the dealership, this was my first time having my car in there for service. The problem that I had is Still there. I drove up and had Chet as my guy! He was kind , knowledgeable, and friendly! He gave outstanding customer service! He explained the Honda Pilots controls , he even te explained to my wife. The dealership did not call us when the parts we ordered came in. We got a notice that our points to pay we’re going to expire. That’s when we called to have them draw the points.
