Very disappointed at how expensive it is just for an oil change w/no tire rotation. I asked for a wash & vac inside was not cleaned. All of the workers paper mat etc was still left in the car. It was my first and last visit to this dealership, I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It lasted more than 2hrs and when my vehicle was ready they did not wash it and the tires were no an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It lasted more than 2hrs and when my vehicle was ready they did not wash it and the tires were not rotated ( I discovered it at home because I put a mark on them). This is the 2nd time that I used the online appt maker to set appts. Each time, there was no record of our appt. they squeezed me in, again. I won’t be going back. The wait was too long. I went in for an oil change. the representative said that I had an oil leak that needed to be located and fixed. after I left, I had a friend look for the leak for me. what he found is that the quebedeaux te I had an oil leak that needed to be located and fixed. after I left, I had a friend look for the leak for me. what he found is that the quebedeaux technician that had done the oil change did not replace the o ring on the filter and that is where the leak was. I am not happy!! More
