I had an automated reply to my last review. It said it was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my nam was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my name, why I was calling, and I wanted to speak with an owner. She asked what department I was calling about, I told her and she said she would transfer me to them. I told her I don't want to talk to the service manager, she said they would find the Director for me. After 4 rings, I got the voice mail for the advisor I worked with, I did not leave a message because he cannot help me. If they want to refund the $100 paid that I do not feel I should have had to pay, they know who I am and they have my phone number. I am done. More
First time at this dealership for service on my vehicle, Eleazar was very nice and attentive. My 2019 GMC radio screen glitches completely or doesn't turn on at all. I'm unable to use the hands-free capabilities let alone the radio. I've taken it in twice for service and nothing was resolved. The first time they claimed they couldn't duplicate the issue. The second time the Service Rep tried to tell me the same excuse, so I sent him videos and pictures of the malfunction. For 2 days I was without a vehicle. I had to keep calling and asking the status and finally on the 3rd day I was frustrated because I wasn't getting any answers. Finally I was told a "more experienced" tech finally fixed the problem which was supposedly "loose wires." I picked up my vehicle, but the following day the same issue happened. When I called to schedule a 3rd service appointment, I requested a loaner and was advised I'd need to wait 3 weeks. I agreed, then asked to speak with a manager. Mind you the Rep hadn't asked for my information yet. Once I asked for a manager he then asked for a callback number and stated he'd call me back or a manager would. Til this day, I have not received that call to schedule my 3rd service appointment or from a Manager as I requested. Instead I called Royal Buick GMC and they scheduled me right in. After purchasing 2 trucks with Quebedeux and referring many friends and family, I cannot believe the customer service I received from these guys. More
Incompetent service department. Stay away for warranty repairs. Visited three times and they did not fix our simple [albeit VERY annoying] driver's door rattle. They obviously performed no troubleshooting of the problems and replaced a few parts randomly each visit. After our second visit, the technician left grease marks all over the headliner. Following the third visit, the rattle was WORSE. Because the rattle was so persistent and annoying, I eventually put felt pads in the right spot to stop the rattle temporarily. I will be going to a different dealership to try to diagnose the issue. More

Visited Quebedeaux to get my truck serviced and Adam was my advisor. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the services I asked for were performed in a timely manner. After leaving, two of my hub caps cam my advisor. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the services I asked for were performed in a timely manner.
