I came back from a vacation. The battery had died. In a car that’s brand new and I’ve had less than 2 years. I had it towed at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I never got any phone calls about my vehic car that’s brand new and I’ve had less than 2 years. I had it towed at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I never got any phone calls about my vehicles progress. I had to call. I called several times through the next day on Wednesday and the only time I got a call back was around 2 after I had called and expressed my dissatisfaction with service. Finally I got a call that my car was done at 4 and I had an hour to pick it up. I was told the day before that they would have it fixed by at least lunch time on Wednesday. I can understand when there are a lot of cars to work on. But when I’m told that my car should be ready by a certain time, especially when I’ve only got the one car and I had to miss work because of this issue. I expect the car to be done by the time that was said. Finally when I go to pick up my car they drive the car around and he opens the window and says “looks like you’re a little low on tire pressure. Did you want me to fill that up for you?” Obviously. Of course I would want that issue fixed. This is something that should have been caught before the vehicle was even parked in the lot. It then took another 15 minutes of myself standing in the pick up lot while they filled up my tire pressure. Overall I had a very poor experience. More

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that my service took all day for three simple tasks. I was told that the reason for taking so long was because of a computer update. Have appointment to change my oil! Take like 4 hrs cuz I decide to get a flush on cooling system! Get home find a leak on the ground!! Service manager was too busy. Did not return my calls for status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed. In addition, the alignment machine was down for 6 hours and the service manager did not sugge status on my vehicle. In my opinion he was overwhelmed.
