Great service for oil change and tire rotation. Would have been a 5 star but they missed the free oil change so paid for the change then remembered it should have been complimentary. Overall they were very non-responsive. It was a 3 day wait for an appointment and then was eventually told on Sat, after checking every day, that it would be at least Mon. before it would even be worked wait for an appointment and then was eventually told on Sat, after checking every day, that it would be at least Mon. before it would even be worked on. I was offered the option of leaving a voice mail for the service writer that would be answered on Mon. Instead I talked and complained to the manager(Jim) and he explained that there were no loaner vehicles. He did offer to help and see what could be done. He did call back as promised and said that it would be fixed by 4 PM. Lo and behold he did call shortly after 3:30 telling me the car was fixed and the cost was less the expected. Kudo's to Jim but having an appointment for a known problem (Says shift to park when it is in park) shouldn't entail over a 3 day wait and complaining to the manager to get the problem fixed. I bought my 1st car from them in 1970 and probably no more if that is normal service. More
Last service was not as great as normally is. I was told that my cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I replace these myself so I didn’t pay them to do it, but went to auto parts store picked up filters that my cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I replace these myself so I didn’t pay them to do it, but went to auto parts store picked up filters to replace that afternoon. I pulled out cabin air filter and it was completely white. I’m not sure why they told me it need to be replaced. I will be asking for pictures before I pay for parts to replace. The people are friendly, but I will be checking everything before I agree to having them do any service that I can do myself at home. More

keven Garner was helpful And did keep me informed, but my appointment was at 9:00 AM to have a recall fix on my bed cover. The service did inform me that they were having trouble with one of the clamps but i appointment was at 9:00 AM to have a recall fix on my bed cover. The service did inform me that they were having trouble with one of the clamps but it should not be much longer, well around 1130 I was informed that they would have to get another part from another dealer and that would take about an hour. Out the door finished around 1:00 PM, at least I did not have to return to get the recall finished like the last time I came in. More
