lack of communication. Said 1 price on a diagnosis and charged a lot more. Did no bother to call or keep me informed on the work, price, or timeline of the cars work. Had my car 10 days and as a cancer patient needing transportation could have used my car for 8 of the days and brought the car back to the dealership instead of having to find transportation to my appointments. Dealship scheduled my appointment early Thursday morning . I dropped it off first thing in the morning and called throughout Day to check on status . Was just told that is wasn’t ready yet and then at 5 pm . I dropped it off first thing in the morning and called throughout Day to check on status . Was just told that is wasn’t ready yet and then at 5 pm and hour before close was called and told they didn’t have the recall part that I have been calling on for 2 years . And when I scheduled appointment I specifically asked if they had parts for recall on my Pontiac vibe airbags the person told me definitely I ask to check and he said no need I just did one the other day . They the kept my car over night and didn’t provide me with a courtesy car. And when I finally got my car back on Friday they had not reattached my dash correctly so I had to reattach area around my clutch and the glove box since they just shoved stuff back in a hurry and didn’t do it properly I now have to take vehicle back because something they did blocked the Ac lower vent and the air isn’t blowing properly now even though it was prior to them ever touching vehicle More
