Quick service but i went in for recalls and the man told me my vehicle won’t ever be in freezing temps so the one recall doesn’t need to be performed on my truck. Not good. If there is a recall for my veh me my vehicle won’t ever be in freezing temps so the one recall doesn’t need to be performed on my truck. Not good. If there is a recall for my vehicle, don’t ask questions just fix it! That’s what a recall is. Disappointed in that. More

Another great experience at Quebedeaux! Quebedeaux has serviced my 2004 GMC Yukon XL since we purchased it new from them 16 years ago. They have kept it in tip-top shape with my regular vis Quebedeaux has serviced my 2004 GMC Yukon XL since we purchased it new from them 16 years ago. They have kept it in tip-top shape with my regular visits for oil changes, tune-ups, etc. Their entire team seems to operate like a harmonious orchestra. Repair Work Everything was taken care of properly even though there were a few glitches. Service was delayed because there were two problems. One the mechanic re Everything was taken care of properly even though there were a few glitches. Service was delayed because there were two problems. One the mechanic removing the the part that needed to be replaced was injured while doing the work, and second the new part installed was defective and had to be replaced. It was a GMC new part and not an aftermarket. The repair took two more days to perform than estimated, but I am satisfied except for the fact that I had to pay for a rental car for two more days. Oh well:) More

I purchased my car through you and I had I have paint chipped on the back of my bumper since day one. I have made several attempts to your dealership to have it repaired with no success. Bad customer service I purchased a 2019 Buick InVision from Quebedeaux. I have had nothing but problems with the paint chipping on my Buick from the day I drove it off th I purchased a 2019 Buick InVision from Quebedeaux. I have had nothing but problems with the paint chipping on my Buick from the day I drove it off the lot. The service department‘s response to my complaints was basically to spray paint over the chipping paint where you could still see the chips of the paint. Then when I brought it to their attention and ask them to repair it they told me that they would send it up to to my salesman never heard back my patient continues to chip off of my brand new car. I have raced it a complaint officially with GMC corporate headquarters. And they are just as bad with responding to your complaints. I would suggest that no one purchase a car from this GMC Buick Dealership in the future they have one of the worst customer service departments and repair that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I will never again purchase a Buick because of my interactions with this dealership. This was my first and last time ever owning a Buick More
