I had the engine oil, transmission, differentials, and 4WD serviced. When I left the dealership, I had to turn back after just driving one block. The transmission was jerking on acceleration and shifting. Come to find out that the transmission oil was almost a quart low. It took what seemed like another hour to get my vehicle back. The mechanic wrote on the receipt that he test drove the vehicle. I did see it drive by. Why didn't he find this issue? I suspect that the mechanic was a new person. I got all of this service done to ensure a 5,000 mile trip pulling my camper would be problem free. I do not now have confidence that all of my fluid levels are at the full mark. I will have to check the vehicle myself. I have lost some confidence in Quebedeaux service. I never had any problems before. More

Normal maintenance performed. Work actual was performed properly and on time. There was long delay due to a back up at the car wash. Good Repair but Needed Better Communication Overall the experience was good, but I had other issues which could have been prevented with better communication. We accidentally backed into a big rock while out in the backcountry, and it left a dent on below the passenger side doors. The damage appeared to be minor, and the estimate said the repair would take FOUR DAYS, so I planned accordingly. However, once they started working, they found significant damage underneath the vehicle, and the four day repair took nearly two weeks. THAT was the problem. I was calling almost daily to ask when my car would be ready, but only got a vague, "I'll try to hurry them along," response. This put a lot of needless stress on me, as each time I called I expected my car would be ready within another day or two when it wasn't. It would have been nice if someone had called me as soon as they discovered the unexpected damage to let me know the repair time would be significantly longer than expected. It would have saved me A LOT of grief. More
