Adam was courteous, fast and very concentrated on my issue My rep was very professional. He kept in touch as soon as they I'D my car's problem advised me of cost and explained all of it. I was to wait till the next day when part arrived. He called me 4 hours later to tell me my car was ready because the supplier was sending a load that day and sent mine. Its been a great experience. Where's the popcorn? Took my Acadia in because I noticed a wire hanging down underneath the vehicle from what I assumed was a broken clip. But.... There was no popcorn made, and I was down there about lunch time. I actually drove immediately to Quebedeaux when I saw the issue, and wasn't worried about missing my meal as I figured I would have a bag of popcorn and a cup of hot chocolate. I was devastated that not only was neither available, there were actually no cups to drink from, even if there was Hot Chocolate in the machine. More
