He described the recall issue and set up an appointment for I contacted Adam Hensley at Quebedeaux GMC regarding a recall notice I received from GMC. Fast turn around Dropped vehicle off at 3 and ready by 530. Recall service on brake surge issue, front end alignment, check leaky tire and new keyfob program. Shuttle service dropped me off at my next appointment which helped keep me on time. Also, no time for car wash so Brian offered to complimentary wash vehicle next time I was close by. More

I purchased floor mats while there and Brian (?), in parts, was pleasant and helpful. Peter was pleasant and helpful when I arrived. I was disappointed when my car was ready, however. Peter was elsewhere on the lot, which is understandable, however I went over and sat at his station waiting for him to return, and neither Brian nor Adam showed any interest in helping me while I was sat there for an extended period of time. I finally asked another employee, if they knew where Peter was and they told me he was in the back, but he then suggested he would help me get checked out. I felt it should have been Adam or Brian inquiring if they could help, when they were not actively involved with customers. More
