weather tech mats I ordered floor mats and the truck mat when I picked up my new vehicle on 9/23. I have been back to the parts area 3x's. The mats had not come in, the 2nd time I was advised that they were never ordered, the 3rd time Only the truck mat had come in( it was black- I had ordered grey). I was also informed the floor mats were not on the order, I was advised it was going to be re-ordered and were supposed to be in on 10/11. I am still waiting to hear from the parts department. I also had issues with the purchase of my 2019 Terrain, I completed the survey I was asked to completed by the Dealership and another from GMC. I requested call backs from both. No response from either! More

The repair service of our Buick Regal was outstanding. Our transmission had failed and we were concerned that with only 51000 miles on the car that we would be responsible for large repair bills. Our Service Consultant, Edmond researched the warranty, worked with his team to come up with a solution, clearly articulated the process and timeline. Ultimately the repairs were covered by the extended warranty and they stood by it! It was the best experience we have had at any dealership here in Tucson, AZ. More

Experience at Quebedeaux Rich was Awesome!I cant stress enough how much he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. He stayed with us while we went through our 5 day return for a vehicle Rich was Awesome!I cant stress enough how much he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. He made sure we were taken care 110% even though we had informed management about the time we were coming in to change vehicles he was not informed and our return was sprung on him and he was still so humble towards us. Staff was friendly and efficient. They even called to wish me a Happy Birthday yesterday- recorded of course, but still! More
