Repair of door lock Peter was a very good service rep. He kept us informed. The service was done more quickly than we expected. I was disappointed not to be able to use the shuttle to do an errand during my service. Although the locking system still isn't working correctly I am sure we can fix it by reading the manual. One of the service men who worked on our car left the hood latched but not closed. We had a very difficult time getting it closed as we couldn't find the hood latch (the one under the hood, not the one in the car) Finally , someone who saw me struggling came and helped out so we were able to avoid returning to the dealership.
