Oil change & tire rotation/ second free included We came in for our second free oil change and tire rotation. We have owned our 2018 Buick regal Tourex for one year. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I would give your dealership five stars except that I have accompanied my two sisters to Tucson Subaru for their oil changes. They have courtesy shuttle service that takes their customers to the local areas and call them when their cars are done and come get them. No matter how old their cars are. They even give out loaners for long time service work. I think your dealership should definitely up its game to at least the shuttle level. Our next service, we are told, will be $75ish. And to have to hoof it to McDonalds or the closest restaurant is not something I’m looking forward to repeating. Also, we were NOT called when our car was done. We walked back and just happened to see it sitting out in the lane. We had told the service man that we were leaving and verified he had our phone number. More
