Great service I took my car in for service and to my surprise. Proactive We were "hit" by a unexpected and seemingly unexplainable problem. A call to Adam and we had a "most likely" cause and a reminder on how to get Road Services to get the car to the dealer. A few calls to Road Service and a couple of visits from a roadside servicer (delays completely unrelated to Q), and the vehicle was on its way to Q. During these couple of hours, Adam was proactive in keeping contact with us and even making sure we had an alternate contact while he was out of the office for a short time. When the vehicle was delivered, it was working "normally" with nothing having been done to it. Tests returned largely normal results and did not indicate any definitive defect. With Adam's assistance, the decision was made to address "the least normal" item which was the item Adam had predicted as the probable cause. A long road trip and a week of local driving later ... no hint of a problem. More

Says a lot about a company when the management appreciate the staff and the staff appreciates the management. Never perfect but they try really hard and the customer benefits from a great culture of focused service. Love the quebedeaux crew!! More

Oil change appt. Service agent Medina was rude. Looked like he was having a bad day. I told him I had two oil changes coming when I leased the car. Actually I had to g Service agent Medina was rude. Actually I had to go to Fernando. who is in charge of the salesmen to prove that I was actually promised 3 oil changes. There was no communication between sales and service dept. When I first got to the service dept. Medina told me I had already used an oil change when I first leased the car, I told him that was ridiculous. He told me that on the 2019 Buicks you only get one free oil change. I don't know why Buick is so tight on the oil changes, Honda gave us free oil changes for the lease of our 2015 Civic. I have to take the car back to get my promised oil changes. Maybe, I'll get a different more friendlier service agent the next time.. More

Less than stellar Your wash unit was broken, thus you all could only do 1/2 of my second service. I suggested taking the car to Mister wash but you couldn't do that. I suggested give me $10 and I'll go to the car wash, they wouldn't do that. I could come back later, but that requires a 30 mile drive each way. So service was only 1/2 done. More

He took my name to check me in and told me it would be about an hour wait. He then took my keys, and they had my car in the shop within minutes. It turned out to only be a 45 minute wait instead of an hour, which was very pleasing!! The payment process was very easy too. The gentleman came out to get me, and we went back to pay. He told me the inspection on my car was great, everything was fine, and then told me the oil change went well also. The service actually exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend Quebedeaux's service center!! Thanks!! More
