When he realized that the needed parts for a legacy Pontiac vehicle would not arrive quickly from Detroit, he arranged for a dealer loaner vehicle for me. Once the needed parts arrived, my leaks were promptly fixed and my car was returned to me. leak-free. Brian always provides the type of service that all Quebedeaux customers need and want. I received excellent service this was not my first time having my car serviced at quebedeaux and I must say that in the past it has been questionable but they have totally redeemed themselves I was so impressed with the service I received at quebedeaux I will definitely come back even after my warranty expires they took very good care of me Brian was excellent excellent customer service representative I would highly recommend quebedeaux to everyone More
Proactive We were "hit" by a unexpected and seemingly unexplainable problem. A call to Adam and we had a "most likely" cause and a reminder on how to get Road We were "hit" by a unexpected and seemingly unexplainable problem. A call to Adam and we had a "most likely" cause and a reminder on how to get Road Services to get the car to the dealer. A few calls to Road Service and a couple of visits from a roadside servicer (delays completely unrelated to Q), and the vehicle was on its way to Q. During these couple of hours, Adam was proactive in keeping contact with us and even making sure we had an alternate contact while he was out of the office for a short time. When the vehicle was delivered, it was working "normally" with nothing having been done to it. Tests returned largely normal results and did not indicate any definitive defect. With Adam's assistance, the decision was made to address "the least normal" item which was the item Adam had predicted as the probable cause. A long road trip and a week of local driving later ... no hint of a problem. More

The body shop manager, Chris has 15+ years of service and Jr. the service director has been there for levee. Says a lot about a company when the management appreciate the staff and the staff appreciates the management. Never perfect but they try really hard and the customer benefits from a great culture of focused service. Love the quebedeaux crew!! More

Actually I had to go to Fernando. who is in charge of the salesmen to prove that I was actually promised 3 oil changes. There was no communication between sales and service dept. When I first got to the service dept. Medina told me I had already used an oil change when I first leased the car, I told him that was ridiculous. He told me that on the 2019 Buicks you only get one free oil change. I don't know why Buick is so tight on the oil changes, Honda gave us free oil changes for the lease of our 2015 Civic. I have to take the car back to get my promised oil changes. Maybe, I'll get a different more friendlier service agent the next time.. More
