Routine oil change,lube and tire rotation Arrived early for routine oil change an tire rotation. Vehicle promptly serviced. However, after leaving dealership (within 3 miles) the check engin Arrived early for routine oil change an tire rotation. Vehicle promptly serviced. However, after leaving dealership (within 3 miles) the check engine light came on with message to "service tire monitoring system". Evidently after tire rotation, the technician did not properly reset he computer. The one and a half hour trip to and from the dealership means that I will have to live with this check engine light for awhile until I am able to return to the dealership to get this corrected. More

Excellent Service Experience Arrived at the dealership right around my appointment time. When I pulled in, I was afraid the wait would be long, as there were a lot of vehicles ar Arrived at the dealership right around my appointment time. When I pulled in, I was afraid the wait would be long, as there were a lot of vehicles arriving at the same time I did. Advisor said it would take approximately 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs to complete my oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Much to my surprise, my vehicle service was completed in approximately 35 minutes. Yay!! The waiting area at Quebedeaux is very inviting with a tv, free keurig coffee, free popcorn, and vending machine(s) for other necessities. Another bonus is the women's restroom is always extremely clean!! Way to go Quebedeaux! More

Tech didn’t understand issue Fan motor replacement went ok but tech did not realize that the Tahoe needed a simple inside door handle repair. Required two trips and me telling him that putting in a new door lock actuator would not fix the door handle. He also replaced the door latch which was not broken. Second time I’ve had simple fixes that techs do not understand. I think service department has a real lack of experienced people. More
