I was having trouble with my infotainment system. Adam, the service writer got my problem fixed in no time at all. I didn't even have an appointment, and they still took care of my problem without ke Adam, the service writer got my problem fixed in no time at all. I didn't even have an appointment, and they still took care of my problem without keeping me there all day. I was in and out in less than an hour! Adam treated me with respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer, even though I didn't buy my vehicle there. When I went to another local dealership, looking for help, the first question they asked me was: "Did you buy it from us?" Quebedeaux Never asked me that! And, even though my issue was being taken care of under warranty, they still treated me like I was important to them. I will be there customer for life. Give them a try, you wont be sorry. The other dealerships in Tucson could take some lessons from here....... More
