Mediocre Had to bring my new diesel Canyan back to the dealership since when they performed the the first scheduled oil change they forgot to fill the DEF tank Had to bring my new diesel Canyan back to the dealership since when they performed the the first scheduled oil change they forgot to fill the DEF tank. This was was only realized when I took the truck on a trip to the mountains and half way up the system indicator lit up with a warning the the DEF was running low. I then had to press you to set up an appointment with a GM dealership to top me off so I could continue on my travels. They help out but would fill me up but just enough to get me home. I then took the the truck to you to have it filled as it was supposed to during the oil change only to find that the tank was overruled so much that I had white streaks of DEF running the side of my new trucks paint job!!!!!! More

Half Ashed Primary complaint, this time, was a significant rattle seemingly everywhere but most noticeable around the back window. Initial 'fix' was to wait i Primary complaint, this time, was a significant rattle seemingly everywhere but most noticeable around the back window. Initial 'fix' was to wait it out and see if goes away on its own. Real fix was to stabilize the rear window cowling. The second time, they were able to reduce the frequency and volume of the rattle. But, its still there and with the reduced noise level it was easy to determine that there are other areas with the same symptom. They were able to introduce a new scratch in the rear inside door panel, get two significant 'tar' spots on the car (hood and drivers door), and return the vehicle with a thick coating of dust ("ash"). More

Excellent service and fast too! Service was normal, routine, mileage based service. But my service rep made sure I knew about, and helped me setup my rewards account. During the service, the inspection found a faulty sensor. That and the service I expected to receive were completed in less time than expected, and for less money! More
