Dishonest, pushy, predatory. That was my experience at Quebedeaux with Luis Flores. Car took forever to be ready for me to drive off the lot, was told two days and it ended up being much longer. Sold me on a tire plan that doesn't even cover the tires on the car. Sold me into a service contract which apparently has 5 more pages that I have never been able to see. All the times I ask for a copy of it, I only get the first page. I had my car taken in today to find out zero of my items are covered by either plan. Forced me to buy auto insurance with a rate of almost 400/mo vs. a plan I could get with Geico or Progressive for 128/mo. QBDX is predatory and hungry for money and will take advantage of you if given the opportunity. They never mention service plans or any coverage that you might have when you bring the vehicle in, then act surprised when you tell them you have one, as if it's some kind of disappointment to them. More
There are many reasons this is a 2 star place. I will never own a Mitsubishi again. Every time I got my oil changed here, they never cleaned up after because I would get home right after to find a I will never own a Mitsubishi again. Every time I got my oil changed here, they never cleaned up after because I would get home right after to find an oil stain on my driveway, and this happened multiple times. They did, however, do a good job on my brake change just recently, so that's a positive point. I was not happy with the way I was greeted recently, either. They did not have it in their system that I had an appointment, which made me rethink things as well, about not hiring the brightest employees to work there. I will not come back here unless I have to before I sell this car. This is not a choice I would make again for a future car. More
