Humberto listened to what we were looking for and already had the vehicle for us. Wow, that is great. Jesus Camargo, well, this young man gave us an exquisite service. His service was AWESOME from beginning to end. Jesus was FANTASTIC. Just one thing, the music was too loud, rock none stop. Jesus had nothing to do with it. Then again Im 60 years old. I don’t know how people can shop with that type of music. The service people neglected to put the spared tired back after servicing the SUV. They promised the tire will be in the vehicle at time of pick up, but it didn’t happened. We had to go back during the week after getting the SUV for the tired.
Jesus was a gentleman at all times. Wish him well always.

To facilitate the rest of the purchase transaction; our new Kia Niro was delivered personally by Everett the next morning to our home some twenty miles away from the dealership. He not only topped it with a huge red bow, he also bought a dozen red roses from a florist and gave them to me. Now that's Royal treatment.
But it goes much further than that. He welcomed us on arrival, treated us with respect. Listened to the wife's [primary driver] wants/needs. When he couldn't come up with the right combination, he offered a better alternative at a better price. At no time did we feel pressured into buying from him. He quickly picked up on our family dynamics, and used those to tell us about different features etc. Needless to say we shared a lot of laughter. He is a dedicated family man, and military service member, and those traits were also visible in our interactions.
Also appreciated the dealer's process. Rachel, as sales manager, stopped by and introduced herself. But most importantly Everett handled everything, from the financial end, and service options. Didn't have to go from office to office, or deal with different persons, who didn't know us.
