Buyer Beware - Worst Dealership in NH I purchased a 2015 Sierra Denali from Quirk. Initially I had a good experience with them, however when I started having an issue with my truck they p I purchased a 2015 Sierra Denali from Quirk. Initially I had a good experience with them, however when I started having an issue with my truck they proved to be very unprofessional to deal with. It seems that GM is having a major issue with vibration with their 2015 and 2016 vehicles. Both the dealer (Quirk) and GM are aware of this issue but refuse to resolve the issue for their customers. I purchase a $56,000 vehicle that has seats vibrating at 70+ miles per hour. After making a lot of phone calls, I ended up taking a couple new trucks for a test drive to potentially switch out my vehicle. The truck I drove (2015 and 2016) had the same if not worse issue. Finally went for a test drive the customer service rep and he mentioned that my truck was borderline and they won't do anything about it. I would recommend if you need to buy a GM truck, buy it from another dealer, otherwise I would consider going to Ford or Dodge for a more reliable product. More
Quirk does not Value their customers. Ultimately, my 2015 Sierra Denali has been experiencing excessive vibration at speed. Quirk made a very little attempt to resolve this issue. I later learned that GM is having issues with vibration of their new line of trucks and offering a buy back program to get their customers into a new truck. I have been working with a representative from GM to get support in working with the dealership. Quirk GMC on 3-different occasions, promised that they had vehicles coming in that I could test drive and then sold them and never called me. I mentioned this to the GM rep and she tried to call Quirk to understand what was happening. Quirk would not connect her with a manager and would not tell her when someone would get back to her. The GM rep suggested that I go to another dealer to get my issue resolved. I recommend that you do not buy a car from Quirk. Although they will be nice to you while you are buying your car, they will not help you resolve an issue when and if you have a problem with your car. More

Felt as though we were being told we needed to make a decision right then and there on the first vehicle we were shown which was out of our price range. I didn't like the way I was being spoken to. I got a bad taste in my mouth about the place as soon as he started talking with us. He also stated "Most people don't come back when they say they are going to look around a little" I'm wondering why that is? isn't that putting your dealership down and making people think there is a reason for that? I would not recommend this dealership. More

Emergency call Received a call 4 times from the same number within one minute. Thinking it was an emergency, I stopped everything I was doing and called the number. Received a call 4 times from the same number within one minute. Thinking it was an emergency, I stopped everything I was doing and called the number. The call was answered and no one spoke. I hung up and checked that my family was safe and not involved in an emergency. I tried the number a bit later and Quirk answered. I asked why I was called 4 times within a minute. The response was, I don't know but probably to tell you that your car was ready. I was annoyed. I asked that the service manager (Sean) meet me in 5 to 7 minutes at the service department. They responded OK will do. I got there 6 minutes later and told them who I was and to give my Wife the car and I will talk with Sean. The adviser started ignoring my Wife and spoke to me with excuses and I asked if she was Sean, No she responded so I asked her to check my Wife out so she can leave and where is Sean. She responded in the other building. I asked to get him. She checked out my Wife and called Sean and told him "He is here and wants to see you" I waited, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I waited longer and I could not wait any more. I asked for the GM's name an the adviser did not know. I went to another desk and got Michael's (the GM) information and left.I called Michael and he was not there. I will call him 06/25/2015. I will let you know how it goes. As I was getting into my car the adviser told me that he was coming now to which I responded it was too late I had to go. I was made to think, if but for 10 minutes, their was an emergency in my family due to the poor customer service of a dealership. More
negative I purchased a vehicle in February and I am completely dissatisfied with the finance department. I was told by Steve that Quirk would be registering I purchased a vehicle in February and I am completely dissatisfied with the finance department. I was told by Steve that Quirk would be registering my vehicle and sending the plates to me. They "guestimated" what the registration fee would be and told me I would receive a check for the difference. I did not request this option and have no idea why the dealer does so. They seem completely unorganized and are unable to do this task . They did not get the plates to me in a timely manner and I have called on the status of the refund check 5 TIMES and have been blown off by Steve 4 or the 5 times I called telling me he just needs a few more minutes to figure it out. I also insisted on speaking to his manager and of course the manager just stepped out of his office and he would call me right back......Still waiting. Oh wait, just got a call from Steve that my check is in the mail. Pretty pathetic customer service. More
