The traverse not only has amazing safety features, but our family feels safe in it. The price point was just as amazing. We looked everywhere because price is always a consideration. I knew I wanted a Chevrolet Equinox. I was leaning towards the 2LT. But, I really liked the LTZ, however, I didn't think I could afford it. My family has purchased 6 vehicles from Quirk in the past towards the 2LT. But, I really liked the LTZ, however, I didn't think I could afford it. My family has purchased 6 vehicles from Quirk in the past (this is my second), so I asked them to find me a 2012 2LT Chevy Equinox in Mocha Steel. They did better than that. They went beyond their own lot and found me a 2012 LTZ Mocha Steel; and they gave me a great deal on it. With the incentives applied, it was now in my price range. The customer service was spectacular. I have received follow-up phone calls from the salesman, Fred, and the General Sales Manager, Josh. I feel well-taken care of and have a tremendous amount of pride driving my American made, band new LTZ. More

Ray was excellent to deal with. I called and told him what I was looking for on a Avalanche truck on a monday. He called me back on tuesday saying he had located one at another dealer. First of all, the vehicle I wanted to look at was a junker, which I found out when I got there. Secondly, most of the vehicles they showed me were in fair shape; not great, but fair, like their recon d junker, which I found out when I got there. One still reeked of cigarette smoke, and another needed four new tires. Third, they gave me a "junk allowance" on my trade, instead of the Blue Book value. One-third what it was worth. No pre-sale inspections were made, and the vehicle we settled on had to be returned to the lot the same day with mechanical and electrical issues. Overall we are not happy with the dealership, and after three days we have still not taken full delivery on the vehicle we signed on. It is still in the shop, and we are undecided as to whether or not to actually take it when it is finally ready. More

I am the owner of a 2001 z28 Camaro. I had to have the steering rack replaced, the work was done at Quirk Chevrolet Portland Maine. Last Weekend I took it on the highway about 25 miles. I get home and park.The next morning after a rain I see a rainbow coming from my car. I bring it to another dealer and they tell me that a bolt, a rack mount bolt was cut and left sitting on top of the rack right under the oil pan. it put a hole in the pan that was now leaking oil. Quirk looked up the paper work but said because it was a repaired over a year ago they would do nothing. They were the only people to work on it. They will never touch my car again! More

went in for a state inspection for a Pontiac Grand Am with 51000 miles and was handed a list of aprox #5000.00 in repairs, which includes rusted rocker,noisy hubs.soft rear fram,replacement of brake line with 51000 miles and was handed a list of aprox #5000.00 in repairs, which includes rusted rocker,noisy hubs.soft rear fram,replacement of brake lines and fuel lines rusted rear links etc. Took this car to another DEALER and they found NO RUST on the body two rear brake lines that should be looked at and no other problems for the sticker. My conclusion "BIG RIPE-OFF specialist..Must need to generate alot of shop work to make up for soft sales. PS I went back to the service manager and I might as well have been Barking at the moon. MY take is avoid this dealer!!!!! More
