When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we asked for the same sales person we dealt with last year when purchasing a Ram 1500 since we were extremely happy with the treatment we received from Adam. Unfortunately on this day Adam was out. Since we had already made the trip to the dealership and were "geared up" to shop we decided to stay. VERY HAPPY that we did. Pierre was FABULOUS. He put up with my constant questions and let's test drive this car and then oh, wait, maybe that one. The best part of dealing with Pierre is that up front he told us we were welcome to come back when Adam returned as he respected the client/salesperson relationship. Nothing underhanded here. Made a quick visit late Monday to look at the GC and explore inventory; brought Lexus in for quick inspection on Tuesday evening, so Mike Trent (sales) and Scott (manager) could put a deal together that was a win for everyone; drove the new GC off the lot on Wednesday. Brand new dealership is bright and sparkling clean, but needs a coffee machine or coffee service. Was also nice to see that former Millbrook Motors staff have found a new home. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive to my needs. More
