Went to the dealership after doing some homework online. The vehicles that I was interested in were available and priced as advertised. I looked at a truck online and made an appointment to go in and see the vehicle and talk to the salesman. I met with Tear Chhim. I told him which 2 trucks I was interested in and he had one pulled up in fro in and see the vehicle and talk to the salesman. I met with Tear Chhim. I told him which 2 trucks I was interested in and he had one pulled up in front of the dealership to check out. After that I told him what number I was looking to spend and he assured me we could make it work. There was never any pressure to buy any warranties or extras for the truck. I had a wonderful experience at Quirk Jeep Marshfield and working with Tear Chhim. I had done some pre-work with the BDC team and went in on a Sunday morning to meet Tear and have my trade appraised. The appraisal process was quick and easy and Tear let me test drive my target vehicle. We talked a bit about my options and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Ultimately we did not come to a deal at that time but we stayed in touch over the course of the following week via e-mail and came to an agreement. He had my paperwork prepared for e-signature and I signed everything from the comfort of my office. When I arrived at the dealership my new vehicle was cleaned, plated, inspected and ready to go. It was the smoothest and least stressful vehicle purchase. I cannot recommend Tear enough. Great job Quirk Jeep - keep up the good work! More

Disgusted I bought this truck new in Sept 2019. Within a couple of days after delivery, I noticed that there was a dent on the pass side of the bed that meets t I bought this truck new in Sept 2019. Within a couple of days after delivery, I noticed that there was a dent on the pass side of the bed that meets the tailgate. Upon further examination when you open the tailgate the pinch welds are pushed out due to this dent. This bed was dropped, or something dropped on it. When looking at the gap on each side of the tailgate, the drivers side is perfect while the passenger side is extremely close where you could not slide a piece of paper through it. The rear bumper is also pushed over to the drivers side. I figured this out the first time that I waxed the vehicle. I asked several times if this truck had been hit. I was told no. The bumper was straightened out taking a large pry bar to get it in place. 3 fender flairs had to be replaced due to them pealing away from vehicle. Tailgate does not open slowly compared to several other trucks I have tested. Sunroof does not close properly. Had glass replaced and same issue. Have been told nothing else can be done in reference to sunroof. Also can not fix alignment and dent without body work and painting vehicle. This is not an option. Took vehicle to another dealership who stated something was definitely wrong with sunroof and took photos of tailgate and dent. FCA is involved. I have asked several times to have a factory representative meet with me to look at vehicle. If it was not hit, then it left the factory in this condition. An area manager (Christine) was advised but never called me once or saw the vehicle. She calls dealership, speaks with them, and makes decisions. This is a total disgrace. I have been a long time customer and did not expect a vehicle with 12 miles on it when bought to have so many factory defects. I have asked the dealership to take this vehicle back with no success. Actually, the sales manager Scott who sold me the truck told me that" all sales are final, and there are no refunds". Really? Doesn't say that anywhere on m y paperwork or in the dealership. Allegedly a pre delivery inspection was done. Well they missed everything. I would not expect a vehicle with 12 miles on it would have needed me to look it over with a fine tooth comb. I was also told that these vehicles are mass produced, suggesting that these things are normal. This trucks window sticker was $ 60945.00. No where on the vehicle or sticker did it say ' this vehicle is mass produced and you should expect defects". They suck and would never buy a vehicle from them again. More
