SCAMMERS! I called service immediately upon damaging my tire and rim, explaining the situation and informing them of my tire/rim warranty. I was told to bring the vehicle in the next morning, which I did. After dropping off, I received a call from the service person informing me that I needed to replace at least two of my tires and he was not even aware I had the tire/rim warranty. Then after confirming I had the warranty, he called me back and suddenly now said I needed to replace ALL 4 tires because the tread was low all of them after they "rechecked." These are tires on a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought brand NEW in January of 2025 (and I live and work in the same town, so my mileage is not at all high). They went as far as to say that my tires would not pass inspection, and so by law they could not replace just the one tire. They also tried to tell me that I would only get the prorated value of the damaged tire, which is not at all how the warranty works - I have had this on all my Jeeps and have used it in the past with no issue and no out of pocket expense. I suggested that I would gladly pay out of pocket to replace a second tire and retain the remaining best of the four. They refused. I picked up my car and went to another certified tire company and was told I only needed to replace the one tire, that the other tires had plenty of life remaining. Liars and thieves. This is my 3rd Jeep and I have always had all of them serviced there, but I will NEVER go back again for service and will likely not go back to sales either as a result. Clearly something has changed in the service department, and they are NOT to be trusted. More

This would be my 4th Jeep with Quirk Jeep and 9th vehicle overall with Quirk as a whole! Trying to buy a new vehicle but Sadly Jovan has left and the dealership went in the toilet! We have been loyal and always made deals here but this past week tried to work with Minh Ta and it’s like hitting a brick wall! This dealership could care less about loyalty! They just want your money! She wouldn’t work numbers at all. She only wanted to give us 4k in incentives and thats it for a 72,000 vehicle! Such xx! It’s fine! Moving forward when our current lease is officially done i will bring our money and business elsewhere! Bye to quirk who could care less about customers who only want money! I hope they read this and get her out of being a sales manager cause they lost a lot of money this week for a car that has been sitting on there lot for 8 months!! More

Funny how Quirk only puts their 5 star reviews on their site. This place is awful, they don’t care about customer service and pray on uneducated buyers. Reached out for a couple quotes on some vehicles, they were the highest by far. Was texting back and forth with Jacob about one vehicle in particular and he just stopped responding. Called back and spoke to a manager about the experience and he could have cared less. Went to the dealership twice to try to test drive and you practically had to beg someone to help you out. There are a lot better options then quirk, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! More

In addition there were several options and features that were important to him that the Jeep comes with and it had to be a 2018 or younger. Essentially we were looking for a needle in a haystack. I had gone into the dealership once with my husband to test drive the 2020 Jeep Sahara and we worked with Johnny Rodriguez. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful but did not put any pressure on us - which was great because we were just there to see if I would like the Jeep as much as my husband. Weeks later my husband was on a business trip and a 2018 4-door Sahara with ALL of the options my husband wanted was coming available. Johnny was great in walking me through all of the various options, scenarios, benefits. Unable to get a hold of my husband I was apprehensive - once again there was no pressure just guidance. Not only did I end up buying my husband his early Christmas present but he was so surprised by the new Jeep in the garage and absolutely LOVES it. Johnny made time for my husband the following Sunday to answer his questions and walk him through any of the advanced features.
