Eric Ao lacks this fact it may be his own ignorance or bias againist women but I was never treated as badly in my life as I was here. I've been shopping for the past days for the best price, stores have gave me pricing etc I choose to go to Quirk after they constantly harassed me for my business " We will beat all offers, we're the largest" I fell for their lies & ads. The salespeople two of them, treated me as I had no idea what I was saying he was laughing when I showed him written deals from others as he was not trained to work a deal I waited for a small ego centric unprofessional GM to come, Eric Ao told me frankly the deals I recieved are not accurate although they were printed & signed!!! When I asked why he laughed ignorantly and couldn't answer then said " Your a girl dealers lie to you because you don't know much" I was appalled I was waiting for it to be joke but it wasn't he really just told me in different words WOMEN CANT BUY CARS FOR THE RIGHT PRICE BC WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING. He tried to sweet talk me & winked I almost puked then when that didn't help he start yelling!! " What price do you expect we sell cars we sell cars" he kept repeating himself in the most annoying childish tone. I contacted there " HR" which doesn't exist the email went to Eric Ao & a Zoey they threaten me to not make a complaint. Here I am as a WOMEN telling you they will ROB you if you go alone. Don't fall for thier ads, buildings, etc Quirk dealers is the old school dealers where they scam people, quirk is the only dealer like this still open that enough tells me it's shady. Not to mention the "ghetto" atmosphere there salespeople taking about female customers out loud!! The girls working there dressed to dance, Managers eating at the front they returned my license with dirty hand prints. I wasted 3 hours and left crying I felt harrssed for being a Women I'm sure my race wasn't to their liking either. I have never wrote a review for anything, I could not help myself from saving all ladies from this experience of potential financial ra*pe. More

My new vehicle did not have an owners manual, the did not fill up my def tank as agreed in the purchase agreement, and the inside of my new truck had grease pencil marks all over it. The sales manager agreed to cover the cost of a detail and to fill my def tank. Needless to say they still owe me money! They stopped responding to my emails and calls so I wasted my time to go to the dealership and ask what’s going on. The GM was supposed to call me back two days ago! My phone still hasn’t rung. I would never buy a vehicle from these people ever again More

I love quirk Chrysler Jeep So this is my second time dealing with quirk. I’ve leased two vehicles from them and Gary is my dealer. He is amazing!! He works with you he’s patient and NOT pushy like some of these other salesman types. Having a father who used to be a car saleman this is how it’s done. Work for the customer not just to make money. Gary is like that. Like I mentioned earlier I leased a vehicle from Gary 3 years ago. I walked in recently to just see my options and as I came to the door he greeted me “kerry has it been 3 years already” every time I had been in to get my car serviced he always came over to chat and make sure I was still happy with my car. This is why I just got another from him. If you are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle don’t even hesitate to check out quirk in braintree and ask for Gary!! More

Quirk is not a dealership you want to go to Quirk is not a place you want to buy vehicle even if your spending $1000. I've been a mechanic for 29 years I went here with my daughter she was looking at new/used vehicles I tested 3 for her (which they hated & gave us attitude) All were very worn up the engines did not sound rightly ONE thing I must mention is too ask for the carfax it took them 3 hours to provide us with one which I found shady & it was cropped to not show the VIN. In the duration we were there 4 salespeople handed us over to the other very rude the manager was not accommodating and I blame him as well. But in total this is not a one man job and all in all it was a bad experience. More

Quirk is a ripoff to my experience. No longer pleased with this vehicle I recently purchased from Quirk. It was a ok buy $2k over market but the color I wanted, not even 2 months in and No longer pleased with this vehicle I recently purchased from Quirk. It was a ok buy $2k over market but the color I wanted, not even 2 months in and I'm about to pay $2,100 on a new sub frame that I was completely unaware was cracked rusted recently got bad enough to not be able to safely drive. Plus the warranty I bought to "be safe" doesn't cover the sub frame. In total the warranty covers $100. The damaged sub frame was the biggest issue with the neglect to inform me on my purchase. My small problem was not telling me certain speakers were busted costing me another $250 to replace. Yeah I could have checked a little further into the sound. The dials were turned so limited sound would be put out, negating anything. When I messaged Quirk about this problem, I did not receive a response. How considerate. Yet I receive email after email about 110% for my trade drove 48 miles they gave me $8k !!! $28000 less then I paid! They were slimy but ok when I purchased but don't seem to care once you buy their product, unless you continue to buy cars. Never buying at Quirk-y More

I bring my car into the service department, they tell me have to pay $296 in a $50 service to have my car fixed, It was a lot of back and forth between me and the service department, because they never answered my phone calls and their mailbox is always full. We finally come to an agreement THREE weeks later and my car is fixed. I drive the car for a few hours and the check-engine light comes on again. I will never buy a car from this dealership or any JEEP again. Eric Ao the GM really screwedd me on this one! Save yourself a head ache and look else where More

They lied to me and made fun of my child. I received 3 emails from Eric Ao & his internet team indicating I will get 110% for my 2015 Wrangler. They promised it will be a quick appraisal & " top dollar". I waited 1 hour for an appraiser the offer was not $19640.92 less then every other dealer and KBB. If that was not enough while I was walking out with my 9 year old son the salesman sitting on 1 table speaking Spanish were reducling my half Asian son. I have not recieved an apology & when I emailed Dan Quirk he indicated I never was there. This has pushed me to taking legal action. More
