I love purchasing new vehicles, which seems to happen frequently. Specific to Quirk Ford in Quincy, I have been involved in many deals, weather for myself, or referring someone else. I have always worked with Dan Rivera, who tolerates my continuous need for change with vehicles, and somehow makes the numbers work. Tusani Parague was a new face to round out my team during my most recent deal, which was more of a necessity than past deals. Instead of playing the tough negotiation game with the common playbook of tactics, we talked about why I was there and how he could provide a solution. Tusani has a job, to sell cars, but by adding the elements of kindness and humor, Tusani allows buyers to feel the process is a comfortable conversation. Happy with my experience at Quirk I visited quirk ford in Quincy on 4/6/15 to see what they had on their lot. While walking around looking at what they had I thought they were all way out of my price range. As I was about to leave Mike Travers approached me and immediately told me he could make it work some how. I didn't believe he could do it but somehow he was able to get it done. I was able to significantly upgrade my vehicle, when I didn't think it would be possible because I was upside down on my trade in, for a minor increase in my monthly payment. My wife also got a great deal on a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. It is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles and she has the same monthly payment as she had been paying for a 2008 Mercury mountaineer with 95,000 miles on it. Both of us were couldn't be happier with our experience at Quirk Ford and especially thankful for the help we received from Mike Travers. More
