I called at 8:59pm and Dan answered and told me about another option. The next day Mike T called me to confirm we were coming and that the truck would be ready for a test drive. He was so friendly when we came in, it felt like a whole different experience than the night before at Jannell. We worked out a great deal and are looking forward to our new truck. Chris and Mike were great and we would definitely come back in the future. You know they're good here if they've sold 2 cars to your aunt and another to your cousin. Excellent experience. More

Chris Baron, sales professional and Nicholas Scarvalas, finance professional were efficient, professional and friendly. I am a woman and was doing this truck purchase on my own. I never had a moment of discomfort during the sales and financing process. I recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV with Honda North……. Yes, they were nice but Quirk beats them hands down…….I experienced high pressure sales tactics from Honda to purchase extended warranties………On the other hand, Nick was superb in his explanation of extended warranties and there was not an instant of pressure. Nick even drew a diagram while explaining extended warranties. I would also like to mention, that my experience with Quirk did not begin yesterday when I purchased the truck. I had several phone calls with Quirk during the week leading up to the purchase. I spoke several times with Phil and TJ; both were always so polite and helpful on the phone. They were never pushy and they made me feel important. My experience with Quirk could not have been any better. Despite the fact that I live in Beverly which is ten minutes from Danvers Ford, I would drive to Quincy, an hour’s drive from my home, to do business with Quirk. Recent Car Buying Experience I recently finished a deal where I traded my truck in for a Transit Connect van. My salesman, Shawn Cotton, was attentive at every point during the sa I recently finished a deal where I traded my truck in for a Transit Connect van. My salesman, Shawn Cotton, was attentive at every point during the sale and was able to locate my van through dealer swap so I could get all of the options I wanted. This was definitely preferable to ordering, which is an 8 month delivery time for these vehicles. As my truck was paid off and worth more than the vehicle I was trading for, there wasn't a lot of money for the dealership to make. In spite of that, Shawn worked very hard on getting me top dollar for my trade and a great price on my new vehicle. There were no games of "what's it worth?" that one usually expects at a dealership. It was a simple, respectable transaction that I felt was on the up and up at all times. I would recommend Shawn and Quirk Ford to anyone, excellent customer service throughout the process. More
