My Explorer XLT Experience at Quirk Ford in Quincy The experience from the moment I contacted Quirk to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Ford Explorer was excellent and I only rate it excellent The experience from the moment I contacted Quirk to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Ford Explorer was excellent and I only rate it excellent because there is no higher level. After emailing the dealership detailing my needs and wants, I received a response in under five minutes. I called the internet sales department and got a great price, never had to haggle over this which was a first. My sales person Robert "Bobby" Kulch was awesome, helped guide me along the way without ever pushing me in any direction. I had a strong idea as to what I wanted and he recognized that right away. Instead of trying to sell me on anything, he listened to what I was looking for, researched options, walked the lot with me to look at different options as far as color and features and he eventually found what I was looking for off-site. He was extremely personable and friendly, from the test drive all the way through waiting for paperwork and even lent his iPad to my daughter as we waited. Start to finish, I was there for less than two and half hours, and left very happy with my experience. Upon pickup of my vehicle, which could not be done same day because of title changes on my end, they quickly had a high school aged gentleman walk me through the features in the vehicle which was very helpful. During the day, Bobby was in contact with me to remind me to contact my insurance company and sent me a picture of my vehicle. A day after I brought the vehicle home, he checked in with me to see how it was going and if I had any questions. Nothing intrusive, just a quick text message checking in. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but had previously purchased a vehicle in 2001 and am very happy that I went back to Quirk. I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for a stress-free experience and Quirk for their overall professionalism. More

Smoke show I pulled into Quirk Ford Service smoke coming from my engine with no idea what was going on, that's when I ran into Bruce. He was able to get my truc I pulled into Quirk Ford Service smoke coming from my engine with no idea what was going on, that's when I ran into Bruce. He was able to get my truck into the shop and have it looked at, even thou it was 4:30 on Friday. We found out it was my thermostat housing leaking, they were able to fix it right then.
