I went to Quirk Ford to purchase a new truck from an ad I saw in the Boston Herald. The truck was in stock and available at the quoted price. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Robert Keith who welcomed me int saw in the Boston Herald. The truck was in stock and available at the quoted price. I had previously spoken to TJ, but he was not working the day I went in and Robert asked if it was OK for him to work with me. I said sure. We went for a test drive in the vehicle and I was very happy with the way Robert informed me of the vehicles many features and his overall knowledge. We went back to the dealership, took my trade in for a short ride, and went back inside to work out the details. The whole time I was at his desk Robert was informative and easy to deal with. He was very respectful and walked me through the whole process step by step. We talked about many things other than vehicles and I found Robert to be good company throughout the process. This was my second time purchasing a new truck from Quirk Ford. The last time being 11 years ago. I found the dealership had grown and become modern with the times. The inside was very clean and everyone was very professional. Robert offered me refreshments during my wait, and he answered all my questions and cleared up any confusion I had at any time. It was a great buying experience. I count this as my second great experience with Quirk, and I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.
