I do a lot of research prior to purchasing a car and have found that overall, Quirk Ford provides the best new vehicle price and the best price for my trade-in. The last three vehicles I purchased have been Fusion Hybrids. The salesman for the last two Fusion Hybrids was Steve Taylor. I like Steve because he has a dry sense of humor, great vehicle knowledge, never resorts to pressure tactics and has always been honest and fair with me. I must say that negotiating with Quirk Ford on price has been a great experience. They've always been willing to meet me at least half-way (and generally much more) in order to get the deal consummated. Quirk Ford always treats me like they truly appreciate my continued loyalty and they go out of there way to keep me as a customer. More

Chris Baron helped me get the Audi A7 that I wanted and have been looking for some time. From his friendly conversions on the phone, this first started the process that gave me the feeling that these guys have been looking for some time. We then made arrangements with them to come drive the car in which I came from out of state and they were very accommodating. When I arrived they were all very friendly and helpful including the manager Les Goodson who stated he was there to help Chris in any way which came off very positive with no pressure. The car was all the stated and more very clean and condition is better than I thought. When I arrived at the dealership, I was introduced to Chris Baron. I explained how I had been treated at prior dealerships and that I wasn't going to entertain any run around. He was perfectly honest and upfront. I explained what I wanted in financing and vehicle, and he made it happen. I purchased the vehicle and two service packages. My interest rate was lower that I had expected and been told. The vehicle was as advertised. Chris, was pleasant, informative, but most important..... Honest. WOW!!! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANTOINE. I TALKED WITH HIM ON FRIDAY JUST TO GET SOME INFO ON LEASING AN ESCAPE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY LEASE WAS ENDING NEXT MONTH AND WHAT I WAS WITH ANTOINE. I TALKED WITH HIM ON FRIDAY JUST TO GET SOME INFO ON LEASING AN ESCAPE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY LEASE WAS ENDING NEXT MONTH AND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A NEW LEASE (OPTIONS PRICE ETC.). HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 15 MIN WITH THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. I ASKED HIM TO LET ME SLEEP ON IT. NEXT MORING HE CALLED TO ASK WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO CLOSE THE DEAL I TOLD HIM HE HAD TO SHAVE THE MONTHLY PAYMENT A LITTLE WHICH HE DID. I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE DOWN AT 2PM (I ALSO INFORMED THAT I AM A VERY IMPATIANT PERSON AND I HAD NO INTENTIONS OF HANGING AT THE DEALERSHIP WHILE I GOT DOUBLE TEAMED) 3PM I WAS IN MY NEW 2014 ESCAPE HEADED HOME.
