After searching many dealerships for the truck I wanted, I found it at Quirk Ford in Quincy. I had never been to this dealership before. After speaking on the phone with Les, and coming to a reasonable deal, I drove my trade up from Cape Cod. There, I met Robert Keith, who was very personable and down to earth. We even joked about the car sales business on the test drive, and once we returned to the dealership, my trade was appraised and we were making progress. Robert made me feel comfortable through the entire, process, and knowing I had a long drive back to the Cape on a late Thursday night, did his best to speed up the documentation and get me on my way in the new truck. Overall a great experience. More

I recently found a specific vehicle (used) that I wanted to purchase. I emailed the dealership and the response was immediate. They had the vehicle and it was still available. I traveled to the dealership a to purchase. I emailed the dealership and the response was immediate. They had the vehicle and it was still available. I traveled to the dealership and was introduced to Chris Baron. Chris took the time to show us the car and let us test drive it. Before beginning the negotiations I told Chris that we have purchased many cars at many dealers and we did not want to spend the day at the dealer. He was very understanding and really moved the process along for us. We agreed on a price for the new car and Chris facilitated us getting a fair value for our trade. Throughout the process he was very professional and extremely honest. Unlike other dealerships we did not have to deal with multiple people. Chris facilitated everything and the only other person we spoke to was the finance person (he was awesome as well). The whole process was seamless and quick. In less than 2 hours we were driving out in the new truck. I have called Chris a few times since the purchase and he gets right back to me and resoles any issues asap. After seeing an advertised price in the Sunday paper, I contacted the dealer off hours, via email. Tunani called me first thing when they opened. When I arrived, Chris Baron was waiting outside for me, and greeted me as I stepped out of my car. The car I was interested in was right there, ready for my immediate inspection. After reviewing the sticker and car with me, Chris and I went inside. I told him where I needed to be with payments and trade in, and after an easy discussion we were able to agree on a great price (another dealer told me there was no way I could buy a new car for what I did!) We shook hands and quicker than I could clean out my old car they had all the paperwork complete (THX Darren!). It was a very comfortable car buying experience, and I WILL go back to Chris and Quirk when its time for my next Ford. Thanks Chris. More

I must say we visited a couple of dealerships and they do not compare at all to Quirk Ford. Robert treated me and my husband like people and not a sale and they worked hard to get me my beautiful new car. I not compare at all to Quirk Ford. I loved working with Darren in finance and Lars as well, they made us laugh and felt like they cared and even though we were there for over 3 hours it did not feel that long. When I picked up my car it was Roberts day off yet he called me to see when I was coming in and showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. The tech (who's name I did forget unfortunately) was just as fantastic, a little rushed because they had alot of people picking up their cars on this day because of the labor day sales, he made sure I knew everything that he was talking about and even made sure I got my car ok after they put my sticker on it. I must say when the time comes for another new car we are definitely going back to quirk even though it was quite the drive for us. More

This all started on Aug 31 when I submitted an internet query for pricing on a F350. I on purpose didnt give my phone number as I was helping a family member out in researching prices. I received an email the next day with no price quote on intial contact, asking when can I come down. My response was, I submitted for pricing not back and forth with emails asking to come on down. I sent back an email stating I know its all about getting the customers name number and them in your showroom. However all I simply want is a price quote. The above internet man was not happy, but did send the price quote. In this email it specifically states HE looks forward to hearing from ME. Well that wasnt the case as I received a call Sept 1 at 910am, I was livid to say the least. Like I said before I didnt leave my number for a reason. I hung up, and he redialed. I was very firm in saying there was a reason why you didnt get a number, I didnt want to be called and I stated do not call again and hung up> I then received an email his words>>>>A simple no thanks I am not interested anymore would have been fine.By the way we got your number because you inquired with us before.We dont dont sit around a computer and google your whole life to find your number. My response....If I had wanted to be contacted this particular time I would have left my number. So really you shouldnt assume I wanted a phone call. Plus people work like I do and you woke me up after a 17 hr shift(910 am was the call). So no im not impressed. Not to mention my name is in the system from years ago not recent at all nor for a f350. So to sum up getting a simple price quote without aggravation I guess doesnt exist at this dealership. Seriously pissed off More

I recently bought a new Ford F-150 from Quirk Ford. I had Jeff Walsh for a salesman he was a terrific guy and salesman.
