This all started on Aug 31 when I submitted an internet query for pricing on a F350. I on purpose didnt give my phone number as I was helping a family member out in researching prices. I received an email query for pricing on a F350. I on purpose didnt give my phone number as I was helping a family member out in researching prices. I received an email the next day with no price quote on intial contact, asking when can I come down. My response was, I submitted for pricing not back and forth with emails asking to come on down. I sent back an email stating I know its all about getting the customers name number and them in your showroom. However all I simply want is a price quote. The above internet man was not happy, but did send the price quote. In this email it specifically states HE looks forward to hearing from ME. Well that wasnt the case as I received a call Sept 1 at 910am, I was livid to say the least. Like I said before I didnt leave my number for a reason. I hung up, and he redialed. I was very firm in saying there was a reason why you didnt get a number, I didnt want to be called and I stated do not call again and hung up> I then received an email his words>>>>A simple no thanks I am not interested anymore would have been fine.By the way we got your number because you inquired with us before.We dont dont sit around a computer and google your whole life to find your number. My response....If I had wanted to be contacted this particular time I would have left my number. So really you shouldnt assume I wanted a phone call. Plus people work like I do and you woke me up after a 17 hr shift(910 am was the call). So no im not impressed. Not to mention my name is in the system from years ago not recent at all nor for a f350. So to sum up getting a simple price quote without aggravation I guess doesnt exist at this dealership. Seriously pissed off More

Thats when a good friend of mine whole recently purchased an F-150 highly recommended Antoine Jamison at Quirk Ford. In the past I did not have great experiences at other Quirk dealerships...however my experience with Antoine completely changed my hard feelings about the Quirk dealerships to a positive way. I'm glad I took my friends advice. I had a great experience at Quirk Ford. Antoine was very down to earth, friendly and professional. My experience was hassle free, Antoine helped me get the exact SUV I was looking for at the price I wanted. He is very approachable and easy to communicate. I'm a very satisfied and an extremely happy customer. I will be sharing my great experience and recommending Antoine and Quirk Ford to all my family and friends. Glad to say I purchased my Explorer Sport at Quirk Ford! More
I recently bought a new Ford F-150 from Quirk Ford. I had Jeff Walsh for a salesman he was a terrific guy and salesman. I recently leased a Ford Escape from Quirk Ford. This was my fourth car from Quirk. I highly recommend this dealership the professionalism that I received was great. Quirk Ford, Ford Financial, Chris Barron and Mike Quirk went to great lengths to put me back in the same car I drove away with the month before. They made my horrible accident much easier. I was interested in Focus Electric after having driven the Nissan Leaf and decided to go to Quirk Ford because of their incentives. Antoine was great to work with. I liked driving the Focus much more than the Nissan Leaf and decided to go to Quirk Ford because of their incentives. Antoine was great to work with. I liked driving the Focus much more than the Leaf and we Quirk was able to offer a competitive price and entice me to lease the car that day. I was out of state and not able to take delivery of the car but also didn't want to come all the way back to pick it up later so they arranged to have it delivered to a Quirk dealer in Manchester where I also dropped off my trade it. They made the whole process very easy and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new car. More

I can’t say enough about my experience at Quirk Ford and our salesman, Chris Baron. Our original intention was to purchase a Ford Escape but after working with Chris, we were able to purchase a Ford Fusion our salesman, Chris Baron. Our original intention was to purchase a Ford Escape but after working with Chris, we were able to purchase a Ford Fusion for a slight increase in price. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us, but he did in detail explain the difference in vehicles and worked with his finance department to get us the deal we could afford. I would and will return to Quirk Ford in the future and hope to deal with Chris again. More
I know it's easy for my review to look like it's fake, but I genuinely give Robert Keith, the sales person with whom I worked, a score of 5 out of 5 in every category. I've been to Quirk Ford before, and there are some really rude sales people who work there. I've been made to feel highly uncomfortable. One sales guy treated me with no respect, to the point that he heavily implied that I was a liar about my economic status. His loss. Quirk Ford doesn't seem like the type of company that actually cares about online reviews to the point that they change their training or behavior to improve customer satisfaction. You shouldn't rely on the company to evolve to a state of superiority over nearby, friendlier dealerships in a reasonable timeframe. With this in mind, the substitute is to exclusively work with Robert Keith. Robert was very friendly, patient, realistic, and worked hard to get me a good deal. I love my car, and even though I spent an entire day at the dealership, the experience was a lot nicer than expected. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try any underhanded tricks. If there's a car you want that Quirk Ford has, go seek him out and he'll take care of you. More
I've had my C-Max for 2 weeks now and with just 1200 miles of break-in, I got 51.5 mpg on a 120 mile round trip yesterday. You do have to drive a little differently but you can get this mileage! 3 things I'm getting used to: Ease away from traffic lights: gently use the electric (EV) side til about 10-15mph, then push it a little with the gas side to get up to speed quickly. Then let the pedal up, which puts you back to the EV and watch the mileage add up. Brake smoothly and let the energy flow back into the battery. When you see a red light in front, start to slow down. Watch the brake coach - you can get 100% almost every time - even in city traffic. Finally, I've been driving about 60-65 on the interstates. This has been a little tough because I'm used to going faster, but when you see the EV kick in and the MPGs add up and you're on the Mass Pike, it's a nice payoff. With the new computer update from Ford, I think it'll be easier to drive a little faster and get high mileage, but right now these three tips have been giving me great mileage. This is my second new car from Quirk Ford and I'm again happy with the experience. Thanks to Robert and also to the tech support team who know the ins and outs of the MyFord Touch system and were helpful in getting me started with my C-Max. I hope I'll be as happy with the next 60000 miles as I've been with the first 1200. More

Robert and the Quirk staff listened to everything that I was asking for and found the perfect car for me. The price was exactly in the ball park I was looking for and the service was outstanding.
