I initially went to Herb Chambers in Braintree looking for a Manual transmission Ford Fusion but they never called me back after several emailed to their used car manager. I decided to take my business to Quirk Ford where i talked to Matt in finance and right off the bat he told me of the incentives and deals on the car that i wanted. I immediately rushed to Quirk Ford and Matt set me up with Antoine. Antoine was amazing! He was helpful and put me at ease about buying a new car. He was not pushy or intimidating like other salesmen I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Antoine showed a couple of cars and explained all features. Antoine was very quick to respond to my questions and even placed my wife at ease on my new purchase. He helped me to get a great deal on the car I really wanted and advocated for me with his management team. Both Antoine and Matt worked really hard to help me get a financial plan and with my credit being not so good the outcome was better than I could have ever expected. I visited Quirk Ford today with the intention of purchasing a new 2013 F150. Upon arriving at Quirk I was greeted by the sales manage who quickly introduced me to Jeff.. I knew what I was looking for and Jeff jumped to get me everything I needed. No red tape no high pitched sales tactics. If it wasn't for work calling me on my cell when I was there we would of finished in record time.. Also Finance guy and Tech support guy were outstanding as well. Only thing Quirk needs is to find a larger home since the truck lot was across the very very busy street..
