I had Quirk Ford recommended for me by a friend who works for Ford Corporate. When I arrived, Mike, one of the owners, set me with with Bobby Kulch. Bobby was exceptional to work with. He was not pushy or for Ford Corporate. When I arrived, Mike, one of the owners, set me with with Bobby Kulch. Bobby was exceptional to work with. He was not pushy or overbearing. He took time to listen to what I was looking for, and then did everything he could to accommodate my requests as much as possible. This included test drives of 2 different vehicles (Fusion 2.5L-I4cy and 1.6L-I4 Ecoboost) so I could see and feel the difference between the 2. I am not the easiest person to work with as I have a terrible time making up my mind. Bobby was very patient and non-judgemental. He understood that next to closing on a home, buying a new car is the biggest purchase one can make, and he wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy and satisfied. This included going so far as to have 2 cars called down from their off-site inventory lot after a few laps around the lot and some online investigations. After test-driving the first car he called for, I noticed some slight damage to the center console. Not only was he profoundly apologetic, but he called for a second car to be brought over because he could see that I was not happy with the first, and that 2nd car is the one I ended up purchasing. Bobby made the entire purchasing experience enjoyable. He went out of his way, and truly put the customer first. His goal was my 100% satisfaction. He did the best he could to get me the best deal that he could. I wish every car-buying experience was a painless and customer-service oriented as mine was with Bobby. I would highly recommend Quirk Ford and Bobby to anyone of my friends or family. Though I hope to have my new Fusion for many, many years, I look forward to doing business with Quirk and Bobby in the future.
