I Looked around and was disappointed, not with vehicles but the experience at other dealerships. It IS a people business and it is about character and trust.(Trust me, these people are characters) I wasted time searching other dealers in Florida and locally for a car for my daughter who resides in the sunshine state but came to my senses and bought it at Quirk from Jeff and will get it down to her. She’s happy, I’m happy and I hope Jeff and the rest of the crew at Quirk are happy. Thanks to Pam who stopped by from downstairs to say “hi”. I just bought my dream car at Quirk! After having a POS for 8 years, it was time to upgrade, so I went online and did a TON of research until I decided on the 2013 Ford Escape. I did some comparison shopping online on local dealers - Bonnell Ford, Stoneham Ford and Quirk Ford. Dena, Internet Sales at Quirk was awesome! Friendly, prompt, courteous, and patient in dealing with all my questions and changes in specs. Finally ready to test drive, my husband and I drove all the way to Quincy ("ugh, so far from where we live!" Husby gripes). As chance would have it, we met Nick Scarvalas right away. He had us sit in a car that had most of my specs - panorama roof, tech package, power liftgate, etc - because the test drive model in my color was a basic package. Not your typical salesman, Nick's time at Quirk made him knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel at ease. Unfortunately, they didn't have the car on the lot, so we had to wait for it to come in. But Nick called me the minute they got it! A few days later, the car was in and we went back to Quincy to get my new car! Negotiations went really well and we were offered a much better deal than anywhere else (and trust me, we checked). Bobby the Boss was great and took off the price of the Navigation system that we didn't want but came with our car, Darren the Finance Guy was super competent and got us the financing and warranty package we wanted. This was my first car buying experience ever, so I was very nervous about what to expect, especially after reading the reviews on Yelp. I could not be happier! Nick was fabulous - if you need to buy a car, I would DEFINITELY recommend him and the guys at Quirk Ford! More
