My previous car had 119,000 miles on it and, heading into the winter, I wanted something bigger and safer but was dreading the car buying experience. I always feel like a french fry thrown out on the pier for the seagulls to devour. This time, however, I got lucky. I entered Quirk Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and I didn't want any bull. Enter, Steve Lincoln, my salesman. He was honest, knowledgeable, a straight-shooter and super friendly. Not only did we quickly reach a trade-in value for my own car as well as a sales price I knew to be fair (it really pays to do your online research before you shop!), but we wrapped up the paperwork and a very favorable financing rate too so that I was able to drive my new car home. Steve followed up the sale by overnight mailing me some touchup paint for my new (used) vehicle and by calling to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Ford Edge. I love my new car and I am so grateful that Steve was there with me every step of the way - he even helped me move my son's carseat! I will definitely be referring friends and family to him and will be a repeat customer when I am ready for my next vehicle. Thank you Steve for making my car buying experience such a pleasure! More

I had been searching for a car for about a month when I decided to check out Quirk Ford in Quincy. I had visited 5 or 6 other dealers prior to this and was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Quirk and met Antoine. He was very focused on helping me and tried to understand what my needs were. He steered me away from a couple of options which would have been more expensive and not as reliable. He took the time to explain the differences between financing and leasing and we worked together to figure out what worked the best for my situation. He called me back even after I thought we wouldn't be able to work out a deal because he continued making an effort on my behalf and finally succeeded in finding a solution. I now have a brand new 2012 Ford Fusion which I absolutely LOVE!
