As soon as I walked up to the door I was greeted by Jeff. I explained that I had talked to Mike on the phone the day before about the truck I was hoping to purchase and we jumped right in. Robert Keith was very professional and courteous in his demeanor. As a customer, I felt respected and not pressured into buying something I didn't want. I went into the dealer to look at an escape advertised for a cheap price and learned based upon what Robert told me that it wasn’t the vehicle I really wanted. However, I told Robert what I really preferred and needed. I so much wanted the Explorer, but did not want my monthly payments to be high since I am a Nursing Student that occasionally works part time. What was unique about Robert was that he actually listened to me and was able to conjugate a great deal for me. Robert Keith and Quirk Ford did such a wonderful job in getting me a great deal. Most important: Robert Keith gave me what I wanted for the car I traded in unlike the other dealers I dealt with. I was so surprised what Quirk Ford offered for my used car that had lots of miles on it. I was actually going to take less but kept my mouth shut when I heard the offer for my car. Because of the offer Robert made for my used car that had lots of miles on it, my husband ( he’s not an easy person to bargain with) told me to accept the deal because I probably won’t get a better offer than what Robert was giving me. I immediately said yes; the deal was reasonable and within my budget. Not really happy with the interest, but it’s ok because I do intend to have this SUV paid off in 2 to 3 years, God willing. I really love this Explorer. It rides so great. I also want to add that I work as a seasonal Realtor and as a Realtor; I know when I am receiving great customer service. I have been in the real estate sales business for over 6 years and I can definitely say that Robert Keith had provided great customer service. I highly recommend Robert Keith. Antoine was recommended to us from someone who has bought + 4 cars from Antione. I had called prior to my visit and was able to discuss the type of car that I was looking for. Based on the professionalism and the deal that we agreed to, it was a easy decision to purchase the car. I am not one to normally write reviews but I felt compelled. In February we purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer and have been so happy with it. We needed a second car and thought we might as well check out Ford since we had such a great experience there in the past. I didn't think it could get any better, but it did. We went to Ford Quirk on Sunday expecting to just look around, and ending up buying a 2011 Ford Fusion on the spot. Jeff Walsh was our sales guy and he was so great! I feel like I've known him forever. He showed us a number of different options and let us test drive a few cars before deciding on the one we wanted, and then he worked with us to get to the number we were hoping for. We also got a great deal on our trade-in. The finance guy was super helpful, explaining our options in detail so we were very clear on what we could afford in monthly payments. The car was ready for us by 10 AM the next morning, we picked it up last night and couldn't be happier. We are officially a Ford family and will never buy from another brand again. If you go to Ford Quirk make sure you ask for Jeff! More

I stopped into Quirk Ford late one Saturday afternoon where I was met by Chris Cannavo, who promptly showed me the specific Flex I was interested in and quickly checked out my trade-in before we sat down where I was met by Chris Cannavo, who promptly showed me the specific Flex I was interested in and quickly checked out my trade-in before we sat down for business. Negotiations were honest and straight-forward. I would have happily purchased the vehicle that afternoon on the agreed upon price if it weren't for the fact that it was the day before mother's day and the mother of my child wasn't so keen on the Flex. I was fairly confident I could sell my wife on the Flex if she could sit behind the wheel, and I promised to return the next day to do just that. Unbelievably, the alternator on my trade-in blew without warning just hours before my trip to meet Chris. All my leverage was suddenly lost when my alternator blew, but rather than try and take advantage of my situation, Chris continued to listen to my stubborn list of demands and worked very hard to salvage the original parameters of the deal. If I ever meet Chris Cannavo again I would love to buy him a beer and I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy a car from Chris and Quirk Ford in the future. More

i found this to be a great buying experience.Antoine was very proffesional and friendly throughout the whole buying proceedure.Antoine found the exact car I wanted in the color and with the options I wanted very proffesional and friendly throughout the whole buying proceedure.Antoine found the exact car I wanted in the color and with the options I wanted and got me a great price.Antoine also got me what I considered a relly good price for my trade ins (yes there were two ).I thought the price and the entire experience went very well.I have bought a lot of new cars from a lot of dealerships.I have bought a 2005 Chevy Tahoe from Quirk Chevy in 2005.I also bought a 1999 Ford Explorer from Quirk Ford in 1999, and now I have just purchsde a 2012 Ford Taurus .I came in looking at two other vehichles on line before I saw the Taurus.A 2011 Escape and a 2012 Fusion. i decided I didn't want a used car so I passed on the Escape.Antoine took me out in both a Fusion and a Taurus so I could judge for my self which car fit me better.I decide i needed an AWD because of where I live in the White Mountains of NH.I chose the Taurus for the ride the comfort and it was pretty quick.I traveled to Quirk because I am from the old school where if you want a good deal on a car you go to a high volume dealership that has a huge inventory.i find Quirk to be that dealership (and I live 150 miles away).Ok bottom line is I got a great deal on my purchase and my trade ins. I found Antoine to be both proffesional and courteous and not high pressure.He took the time to explain everything to me and introduced me to the finance manger who walked me through the entire process.Antoine even contacted my insurance agency in NH to make sure he had what he needed before I traveled to do any paper work.Antoine made everything easy.Once the paperwork was done I called him and he had my new car delivered to me and my two trade ins taken back to Quirk.I didn't have to do anything except drive my new car when it was delivered.It was a great experience and I would buy from Quirk again and definately recommend Quirk Ford and Antoine Jamison and you can most definately publish this if you wish. I telephoned service and spoke with Dan to schedule my Ford Fusion for service on Jan. 17, 2012. It is always a pleasure to speak with Dan. He is friendly and very professional. I told him I needed the Ford Fusion for service on Jan. 17, 2012. It is always a pleasure to speak with Dan. He is friendly and very professional. I told him I needed the regular maintenance but I had one problem, I had accidently pulled my ear ring off my ear and it fell down into the emergency brake handle and then down inside the console! I was so upset about this but Dan calmed me and assured me that they would be able to retrieve my ear ring. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Greg and he promptly inputting my information into the system and got my auto into the shop. Greg was also very pleasant and professional. After just a few minutes, Damion appeared holding my ear ring. He knew just how to get into that console without having to take the entire unit apart! I was overjoyed to have it back. I sat comfortably reading a magazine article and just as I was finished with the article, my car was ready. My oil was changed, my tires were rotated, everything was checked, I had my jewelry back, they did a great job! Every time I visit Quirk Ford in Quincy it is truly a pleasant experience. From the moment I purchased my auto from Bob Kulch in 2010, who was excellent salesman, I have been so happy to return to the dealership for all my service.
