I visited the dealership after reading all the positive reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised they were all true! My sales person was Jeffrey Walsh, and he was friendly and professional at the same time reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised they were all true! Several days after the sale, I had a few questions, and Jeffrey called me back in a timely manner with the answers. What more could you ask for? The dealership is over 40 miles from my home, but I am so glad I made the trip! A friend of my husband asked him where he finally bought the car, and when he answered Quirk Ford in Quincy, his friend smiled and said that he has bought 3 cars there, and he's always very satisfied. I visited 2 othe dealerships while I narrowed my new car search, and I wouldn't go back to either of them. High pressured sales tactics are not for me! He was so friendly and he started to talk to us about the car that had our interest he let us test drive and he showed us another vehicle also. On July 25, 2011, my husband and I went to Quirk Ford in Quincy in hopes of trading in our 2000 Ford Ranger for a newer model. Fortunately we met Jeff Walsh our Sales Associate. Due to his product knowledge and willingness of listen to our needs he found the perfect match for us. He made the process quick and easy and we were in and out of there in about two and a half hours(much less than we expected!).
