I arrived at Quirk a half hour before my test drive appointment and was greeted by Antoine right away. He was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I never got the feeling that he was trying to sell me the vehicle, he never pushed which to me was great. The whole deal didn't take much time at all and I ended up getting much more for my trade that expected. All in all it was a great experience because I was in the hands of professionals who really know how to treat their customers. I also have to thank Eric who answered all of my questions via email before I even went to the dealership, as well as Matt who handled the finace portion of the deal. I was in car accident back in January during one of the snow storms. I was hit by another driver and they ended up totaling my car. So I got stuck with no car and a car loan I still owed money to. Robert Wilhelm responded with a very good price but the car had more options than I was interested in. I contacted Mr Wilhelm and he was able to reduce the price to approximately what I was planning to pay for a less equipped Mustang. Mr Morningstar was able to obtain a rate of 2.39% financing which was below AAA which had the lowest rate and enabled me receive the Fored rebates. Overall a great experience. I have been looking for A CAR FOR SOME TIME NOW... After visiting a few places, my car search brought me to Quirk Ford. Gregory walked me through maodels, options, colors... everything.. he worked with me to find the car i wanted... not the car they wanted to sell me. Greg recruited the help of his finance team, specifically a guy named darren wong...darren was alo polite, and patient with me.. he want above and beyond to find me the best price and lowest interest rate out there... somthing i know must have been frustrated him considering my credit, but darren kept a great attitude and impecible customer service skills throughout the entire process, just like Gregory. the whole thing was overseen by one of the managers over there les goosen. this man was nice, polite and just a sincere buisness man. The thing i liked most, was that all three of these guys seemed to only be conserned with me and what i wanted,something you dont see everywhere. I went to Quirk looking for a safe reliable car for my family. Unfortunately I knew my credit wasn't going to get me far. I told Duane I wanted safe and just reliable for my 3 children and I. He got me into a 2011 Ford fusion! It was a little more than I wanted but only because my credit wasn't where it should be. He went the extra mile and took care if me. I was driving a brand new car in 2 days. For the 1st time in my life at 33yrs. old I was driving a new car!
