Jon Rydings always courteously and carefully listens to my description of the problem that I am having with my vehicle. He then, in detail, proceeds to explain the mechanical function involved and points my description of the problem that I am having with my vehicle. I have gained the distinct impression that Jon Rydings is a man who has worked with engines himself and is good at it. I have lived & worked in several countries and Jon Rydings is the best and most helpful person I have ever had any dealings with at the front desk of an auto service department. While there may be cheaper places to take my vehicle than Quirk Ford Service Dept., I have stayed with Quirk because Jon Rydings gives me the impression that he is on my side and that he is giving me fair and reliable advice. I feel I can trust the care of my vehicle to this man and I am convinced that the service rendered by the Quirk Ford Service Dept. technicians is of the best quality.
