Loving your new car is the easy part it's finding the right dealership to get you in the car that can be the hardest part. At Quirk Kia in Manchester the process was was easy from start to finish. They didn't make it feel like a process at all. I'm not sure I've ever been able to say that my car buying experience wasn't a process at all, and a great experience! They made it quick and simple which was perfect and especially where I brought my little ones with me. No playing games over numbers and the price of the car! More like played games with my girls to make sure they were just as happy as me! Everyone was great but Tim went above and beyond to make sure everything went wonderful and especially to make sure the girls were just as happy as their mom when we drove away! Best experience I've ever had from anywhere ! Let me start off by saying I absolutely despise buying a new car , so much so that I get anxiety to the point where I almost can't walk into a dealers Let me start off by saying I absolutely despise buying a new car , so much so that I get anxiety to the point where I almost can't walk into a dealership. Today I decided to look at Quirk Kia because they are new in Manchester. I found a Honda Pilot My wife and I liked online and decided to inquire about it online. We got a reply and headed down to the dealership to look at it . We were met in the parking lot by Tim Hogan . He did an appraisal on our current vehicle and ran numbers for us. Unfortunately we couldn't come to agreement on the pilot and decided to look at a 2015 Kia Sorrento . Hanna I believe is her name (financial Manager) came to us and told us that she could get us where we wanted payment wise as well as the interest rate where we wanted. After waiting a little bit we were surprised that they came to the payment we wanted with gap insurance and maintenance warranty all rolled into it already. We were super happy!! Also let me tell you this we arrived about 5 pm with our 2 year old son in tow and Tim Hogan was incredible , no pressure sales tactics , listened to what and where we wanted to be and he took and occupied our 2 year old until we left just after 9 pm. He wheeled him around the showroom in a chair , took him on a tour of the garage , showed and explained colors of cars they had in the showroom , came over and gave him a Reese's cup. All in all he was friggin awesome with our son and had patience and compassion for him which goes a long way for us . I have never ever dealt with a better person , staff , dealership in my life and I couldn't be more pleased as a customer . Their service , compassion and commitment to their customers is first rate and I'll tell you I've never seen customer service like this from a dealer , mall , store etc . In my life. Tim if you see this you were awesome and I thank you for your commitment to excellence and compassion towards my son. Tim you have earned a customer possibly for life as I will come back every time to buy a car from you when I need one. Hanna you as well deserve praise you were awesome in your commitment to getting us exactly what we wanted and we are super appreciative of you.
