Everyone that I came in contact with, from the Customer Care Representative, Amy Langley, who greeted me when I walked in and introduced me to my Salesman, Brian Schoech, who then listened to my requests and accompanied me on the test drives, and then Sales Manager, Jamie Garaufis, with whom I finalized the deal, was professional, courteous and respectful of me and my time. I was made to feel comfortable in the open-air style showroom and not intimidated by any pressure. Sure, they wanted to close the deal on day 1, but was never pressured or kept from leaving when I wanted to.
