damage on my purchaes I purchased a preowned mazda 3 the other day. yesterday i picked it up and drove it home. Then i noticed damage way down on the bottom left fender. I called the salesman Phil and he told me their was no damage there when i purchased the car. So i told him it had to get damaged driving it around his parking lot before i took it home. because i sure didnt hit anything driving it home!!! He really did not what to hear this and did not want to take care of it.. This is not good for us customers. It just needed to be touched up which they could have done at their shop at no cost to them.. So dont make the mistake of making a purchase their. They dont what to take care of problems they made... Bad Experience!! Never buy from this dealership even if you have to pay higher price somewhere else. I visited Quirk, where I'd previously used the service department, to test drive multiple vehicles. I worked with Phil, who was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgable, and low-pressure. I wound up visiting the dealership several times to test drive a CX-5 and 2 different trims of the Mazda 6 before finally signing a lease. Phil was patient throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They also made turning in my current vehicle easy. I will definitely visit Phil and Quirk when my new lease is up. More
