I came in with a few girlfriend in hopes of looking at cars, and walked out with owne I had fantastic customer service when I entered this dealership. Everyone working in the office was so friendly and helpful, but one of the sales representatives Michael Green was fabulous. He was standing outside when my friends and I drove up and approached the car and walked us inside. I told him that I was looking for a sedan and AWD. He said he would put together a list of cars for me to look at. Michael came back and told me about his coworker Charlie and how they have a car they are going to show me that they think is perfect for me but he would not tell me which one it is. We walked outside to the cars and we walk up to a red ford fusion, the minute I see the car I immediately love it. My three friends and I pile into the car and Michael jumps in so I can test drive it around the block. Driving it was so smooth and then when I heard about all the additional features I was head over heels. We return to the dealership and Michael walks us to another car, a Subaru which I did not have the same excitement while test driving it. We get back to the dealership and Michael tells me that the red ford was his and Charlie's choice for me. I couldn't believe that Michael and Charlie were able to find me the perfect car on the first shot. I finished the night having signed all the paperwork and was told all the work of the license plate and registration would be done there and it would be ready for pick up the next day. I can't even tell you the feeling I had when I went back the next day and drove off the parking lot in my new car, I just felt pure freedom. Thank you Michael and Charlie and Quirk in Braintree for giving me my independence by giving me the perfect car. Whenever my friends see my car for the first time, they love it as well! So I am so happy I chose to go there. More

Kyle showed me around the lot & was extremely patient. I wasn't sure what I wanted & had many questions. Kyle was very helpful & knowledgeable about all the cars in the lot & there were many to choose from. I never felt pressured. I bought a Hyundai Sonata & am extremely happy with my choice.
