I actually sold snake oil for a few years and it didn't work out.... I am having trouble understanding why we are sleezy? Just so everyone knows...Quirk Volkswagen did not invent the Navigation systems for Volkswagen. I do agree they are hard to operate, thats why they have been replaced with a state of the art touch screen navigation.... I wish we could take credit for that one. If you are the manager of the Sales Department, then you must be the brother of the owner and therefore, one of the jerks that I dealt with in the first place. I can't be bothered to talk to you about your tactics as they are appalling and sleazy. I tell everyone I know NOT to even bother to go to your dealership!

Hello, No I am not the owners brother. During the past 5 months we have gone through a drastic Management change and none of the former Managers that you delt with currently work here anymore. What I really wanted to say is that I was not in management when this happened. I want to tell you that I am sorry that this happened, and from the bottom of my heart I am sorry you had this experience.
