Every time I visit Lacy Subaru to have my 2020 Subaru Forester serviced I am stuck there for two to three hours. When I ask why such a long wait time they always tell me that they only have two mechanics Forester serviced I am stuck there for two to three hours. Time to hire more mechanics, I think that the volume of business you do warrents it. More

Car is fully functioning at the moment. I was mislead about the checklist performed before purchase. Seems to be an improvement to it's performance. Asked to have tires rotated since I received a notice. Unfortunately this was overlooked. I will wait till my oil change rather than try again.
