Paul (Pavel) made my car buying experience one of the smoothest ever and was keeping the process moving even though I had other time commitments during the day. Made signing a breeze. They also made a co smoothest ever and was keeping the process moving even though I had other time commitments during the day. Made signing a breeze. They also made a competitive offer for my trade-in that saved me some taxes and lots of time. If you weren't aware, they have a lot of rebuilt titles (especially Subaru). Prior to the appointment, I contacted them through Cars.com and Artur was transparent about the damage that was repaired and inspected which was great. I've been burned in the past by 'rebuilt' vehicles not actually being inspected but Ravmotors are very up front about it and show you the proof of inspection as part of the signing process, if applicable. One other thing about rebuilt titles - once a vehicle is rebuilt, as I understand it the manufacturer's warranty is voided. Ravmotors offers a plethora of service contracts to bridge that gap if you're interested (I was!). A good chunk of those options are purely driven by mileage and not time which was a breath of fresh air - and was a good chuckle. Some of the closing forms require a 'time limit' to be entered and so they put 999 months which is over 80 years. I don't think my car will be relevant in 80+ years... but glad to know I'm covered. Would recommend this dealer to anyone searching for a vehicle. More
