LM321 - It's true, after our first initial testing we found many fault codes that pertained to battery voltage. And after attempting to clear the codes, multiple fault codes remained that pertained to the rear SAM (Signal Acquisition Module). The reason our techs requested more time was to diagnose the problem and provide a repair solution. But as you pointed out, by this time there were no more loaner vehicles available. Despite our efforts to call Enterprise and rent you a vehicle at our expense, you declined the offer and took your vehicle elsewhere. It's unfortunate we were unable to satisfy your service needs, but are available if you ever need us in the future.

Tony - Locking your keys in the car can be very frustrating, so we're sorry you had to go through that. Equally frustrating (for us) is not having the basic information from you to resolve the issue. Your particular model and year plays an important role in the solution to a lock-out, but unfortunately our Service Advisor, Service Manager, and Service Director were unable to acquire those details because their (3) voicemail messages went unanswered. Carlana16 - The appropriate diagnostic for a possible gas leak was performed on your vehicle for a cost of $142. Your advisor made you aware of the charge when you were here, and received your approval to proceed. Unfortunately, we were unable to duplicate the issue you described (possibly due to the low level in gas tank), so we filled the tank with gas and retested your vehicle - again, no leak detected. In the future, we highly suggest using an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer to perform service on your E-Class, especially a fuel tank replacement. RBM of Alpharetta, and all local MB dealers, stand behind our work, which is performed by Mercedes-Benz Certified Technicians with genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

Dear Mmm - We're sorry for your frustration when working with the parts department at RBM of Alpharetta, despite the fact we made every effort to accomodate your needs. When our wholesale parts advisor last spoke to you regarding a credit request, he confirmed the payment was on it's way. When you ended the call abruptly, our Parts Manager even called your office to confim there wasn't a misunderstanding. He was told you had left for the day. We have not received any other communication from you nor anyone else from your shop regarding this matter, but are here to resolve any outstanding issues you may have.
