Service department is a ripoff Was not happy with RBM rep. Kendall who basically wasted my time while trying to pull a wool over my eyes. I’ve stuck with Mercedes because of their s Was not happy with RBM rep. Kendall who basically wasted my time while trying to pull a wool over my eyes. I’ve stuck with Mercedes because of their service level but it seems they’re no different than Ford when trying to gouge you with bull crap. First he tells me I need to leave my car for a week without even looking at it. I’d just brought it in due to a low battery that threw everything off. Then he tells me he will wash the car as a Mercedes standard (which never happened). He comes back to tell me he spoke with the tech and they will run a FREE diagnostic. He shows me the paperwork from the diagnostic that said everything showed faulty due to previous low voltage. Now that a new battery is in, they just need to clear the faults, then he comes back to tell me that they will need to keep the vehicle because none of the faults disappeared and then comes back to say some of them cleared. What the heck? After I say no, just give me my car back I’ll take it somewhere else, he says his techs were anxious to see where the problem was. Why would it take a week for that if they were looking at it now. On top of that there’s no loaner cars so I’m supposed to w8ng it on my own while my car sits there for a week and they feed me with some outrageous price. I’m too through with Mercedes at this point and this is my third one. I’ll consider BMW or Land Rover for my next vehicle. I had more productive things to do than constantly be lied to. More

Over charged for no work I had some work done on my car by the Merced’es Benz in East Cobb & Mahlones European Imports. I still was smelling gas, so I took it here. Steve in t I had some work done on my car by the Merced’es Benz in East Cobb & Mahlones European Imports. I still was smelling gas, so I took it here. Steve in the service department charged me $142 for a visual inspection & $59 to put gas tank on full. He said no leak pick up the car. I asked why the charge $142 for a visual inspection he said he needed to pay the technichican for looking at it. I was applaud! I then asked if he could just knock off this fee if I had him to put on crank shaft censor. He explained it would be another diagnostic fee plus parts labor & possible other fees. I’m so done with Mercedes Benz of Alpharetta! I drove an hour to pick up my car and it stopped on me outside the dealship! I’m done & im dissatisfied. I spoke with the service manager he confirmed it was driven 4 miles while in their care, and the fumes maybe residual from the fuel tank replacement that had been done. I told him my grand baby rides in my back seat. He said come back should any concerns arise😡. Obviously he wasn’t listen to me either...Mercedes Benz Dealers need to do better. More
